Cascadia Capital seeks an experienced Investment Banking Associate to support M&A and capital-raising engagements across Business Services, Industrials, Technology, and Healthcare. You will manage analysts and help create marketing materials and financial models under senior banker guidance.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of middle market IB experience, strong financial modeling skills, and proven teamwork. FINRA Series 79 and 63 are required; a BA/BS in Finance or related field is expected.
