The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
- Operations is a key individual contributor supporting financial planning, reporting, and performance analytics across a multi‑site healthcare organization.

This role partners closely with the Director of FP&A
- Operations and Operations leadership to provide actionable insights, improve financial visibility, and drive operational performance. The position plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and decision support across the business.

• Support centralized budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning across operations
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior year
• Analyze key business drivers (revenue, labor, and costs) to identify risks and opportunities
• Partner with Operations leadership (GVPs, Regional Directors, Practice Leaders) to support decision‑making
• Deliver standardized reporting and KPI analytics across regions and business lines
• Perform detailed analysis of operational metrics, including productivity and cost performance
• Support capital expenditure (Cap Ex) reporting, ROI analysis, and business case development
• Partner with Accounting and Data teams to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, and data processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business required
• 3-6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or operations finance
• Experience supporting multi‑unit or healthcare operations preferred
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with systems such as Adaptive, Workday, or similar tools preferred
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
