Steven Douglas is partnering with a software company in Downtown Austin in search of an Interim Senior Financial Analyst. This position is expected to be 3-6 months in duration and will work on-site on a hybrid basis (3 days in office/week).
Responsibilities- Tracking OpEx and headcount management, including purchase requisitions and budget verification
- Ensuring accurate forecasting and monthly cadence of financial forecasts
- Reconciling data and verifying data cleanliness with the ability to validate reasonableness
- Managing headcount requisition processes and line item tracking
- Monitoring operating expenditure tracking and ensuring data flows correctly
- Generating financial reporting and presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with operational finance and OpEx management
- Data reconciliation and validation skills
- Ability to work with financial forecasting and budgeting models
- Experience with headcount and hiring plan management
- Netsuite or Pigment experience (preferred)
