Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Teller to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional banking services and handling transactions with precision. Responsibilities

• Process various transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of the shift.
• Assist members with account inquiries and provide information on bank products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the credit union's policies regarding money laundering and other risks.
• Provide a welcoming environment and superior customer service to enhance member relations.
