10 are partnered with a high-growth, capital-intensive organisation that is looking for a Treasury Manager to join its growing finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cash accounting, treasury operations or cash management professional looking to take ownership of critical cash activities within a complex multi-entity environment.
The organisation is continuing to scale significantly, creating an opportunity for an individual who can combine strong day-to-day cash management expertise with a passion for process improvement, reporting enhancement and treasury transformation initiatives.
Working closely with finance leadership, you will play a key role in managing liquidity, forecasting cash requirements, supporting payment activities and helping develop a best-in-class cash management function.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain weekly cash forecasts across multiple entities and bank accounts
- Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements
- Support management of cash movements including wire payments, ACH transactions and intercompany transfers
- Execute transactions through treasury management systems and banking platforms
- Assist with cash pooling, liquidity management and funding activities
- Prepare cash reporting and management information for leadership teams
- Support the execution of structured cash distribution and funding processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash account reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve cash-related discrepancies and banking issues
- Partner with finance, accounting and operations teams to improve processes and controls
- Support treasury technology initiatives, automation projects and system enhancements
- Contribute to the continued development of treasury and cash management best practices
- 5+ years' experience within cash accounting, treasury operations, cash management or working capital management
- Strong understanding of liquidity management, bank account administration and cash forecasting
- Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience operating within complex, multi-entity organisations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
