The role will work closely with the administrative leadership team. This person will provide effective project management and financial strategy and coordination across all company departments. This role leverages his/her in-depth knowledge of financial project management.

• Create and implement financial models for project financing
• Screen, research and evaluate new business development opportunities
• Apply experience to identify appropriate PM tools to manage resources, schedules, risks and issues while tracking the completion of milestones
• Analyze operational and financial (program budget and planning) data
• Manage projects that involve research, analysis, planning, development and implementation activities, monitor the progress and timeline, and communicate with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties
• Assist the project-development team in sensitivity and scenario analysis and deal structure. Underwrite, conduct due diligence, and drive deal closure.
• Proactively communicate with and set expectations for internal and external audiences during the deal execution process
• Prepare collateral materials for investor presentations. Conduct regulatory, market and financial analysis
• Influence and drive key decisions for project execution

• Bachelor’s Degree required (finance, information systems, business, accounting required); MBA, Master of Finance, or Master of Accountancy is preferred
• 5+ years project and program management experience
• Experience in leading complex finance and reporting initiatives
• Business process reengineering
• Experience in crypto currency & related distributed ledger technologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required
• Experience with finance systems and reporting, particularly in technology / software sector/ healthcare/ or production
