The RoleLead Offerd's capital markets desk. Build and own equity/debt relationships — institutional LPs, family offices, co-GP/JV partners — matched to client mandates, ahead of transactions. Partner with acquisitions to structure and close.
What You'll Do- Own and grow Offerd's equity partner network (LPs, family offices, HNW, co-GP/JV)
- Structure debt & equity stacks for active acquisitions
- Lead 1031 exchange advisory for clients repositioning proceeds
- Sequence capital markets work with acquisitions & underwriting teams
- Be the senior face of Offerd's capital markets desk with clients & partners
- 7+ years in CRE capital markets, debt/equity placement, or investment sales
- Established network of institutional and private capital relationships
- Strong grasp of underwriting fundamentals (cap rates, IRR, DSCR, LTV)
- Licensed broker-dealer, or willing to obtain
Own a growing desk at a platform with $6B+ in active demand.
