Transaction Advisory Services Consultant

Leadenhall Search & Selection are partnering with a specialist accounting and advisory firm looking to expand its Transaction Advisory practice. The firm provides audit, tax and transaction advisory services and has built a strong reputation for its collaborative culture and commitment to work/life balance.

Our client is looking for someone to join its growing Transaction Advisory Services team, with a focus on Financial Due Diligence and Quality of Earnings. This is an opportunity to join a growing practice and gain exposure to a broad range of M&A transactions, working directly with senior team members and clients.

• 2–5+ years' experience in FDD, QoE, TAS or Audit
• FDD/QoE experience preferred, with strong audit candidates also considered
• CPA or CFA qualified (or pursuing)
• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with in a mid-sized or larger firm preferred

• Growing FDD/QoE practice with strong transaction exposure
