Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) or other relevant degrees and work experience

- Applies rigorous analytical thinking to evaluate strategic opportunities, optimize operations, and translate data-driven insights into decisive action.
- Leads transformational change with clarity and conviction, aligning cultural shifts, operational systems, and service delivery models to the firm's strategic direction.
- Inspires confidence and commitment across multiple locations, turning organizational change into competitive advantage.
- Serves as a dedicated developer of talent, providing Financial Center Managers with structured coaching, candid feedback, and intentional growth opportunities.
- Creates an environment where leaders are empowered to elevate Consumer Business Development performance and realize their full career potential.
- Cultivates a broad and strategic network—spanning clients, cross-functional partners, vendors, and alliance partners—to access critical insights, build advocacy, and create the conditions for business growth.
