Hanger, Inc., a growing ~$2B healthcare organization, is seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to lead FP&A and strategic finance for
Device Co, which includes Fillauer, Coapt, and Point Designs. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, Products & Services, this role will serve as the primary finance partner to the Device Co business leader and the leadership teams of each business unit.

The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership across the Device Co portfolio, partnering closely with business leaders to understand performance, evaluate strategic opportunities, identify risks, and support decisions that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation. The role will own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, management reporting, and business performance analysis across the three businesses.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for developing and leading a team of financial analysts while maintaining direct involvement in the most critical analyses, forecasts, and strategic initiatives. The Finance Manager will connect operational performance to financial outcomes, challenge assumptions, and ensure business leaders have clear, accurate, and actionable financial insight to support decision-making.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis across Device Co in partnership with the Director of Finance and business leaders.
• Manage and develop two analysts, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality, timely financial support.
• Oversee financial performance across Fillauer, Coapt, and Point Designs, including consolidated Device Co results.
• Challenge forecast assumptions, monitor risks and opportunities, and partner with business leaders on actions to improve performance.
• Lead financial reporting and analysis across revenue, cost of materials, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Develop and review financial models for pricing, margins, profitability, capital investments, ROI/IRR/NPV, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead Monthly Business Reviews, Budget Reviews, and other senior leadership presentations, translating results into clear insights and recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Marketing, IT, Corporate Finance, and business leaders to align financial plans with operating priorities.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost improvement through scenario analysis and strategic decision support.
• Improve and standardize financial processes, reporting, and analytical tools across Device Co.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure financial results accurately reflect operational performance and comply with company policies and controls.
• Travel 10% - 20% of the time.
