Monks is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to own NAMER aged debt (>180 days) and drive cash recovery. You will engage key accounts, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with Billing, AR, and Client Managers to resolve issues.
The role requires 3–4+ years in B2B collections, strong Excel/ERP skills, and excellent English communication. This is a 4-month contract with a hybrid work approach and competitive hourly pay.
