Overview

Join our customer's team as an Eligibility Interviewer, Government Programs, and leverage your subject matter expertise to advance the future of AI. In this role, you will create, organize, and label data that reflects real-world eligibility interviewing scenarios, helping develop and refine intelligent systems for the government programs sector.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on eligibility interviewing for government assistance programs.
  • Develop, review, and annotate realistic data sets to be used for AI training purposes.
  • Design workflows, question sets, and example case studies to represent the complexities of eligibility interviews.
  • Label and organize documentation related to eligibility determination, client communication, and procedural compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional AI and data teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance of training materials.
  • Identify edge cases and nuances in eligibility interviews to enrich AI data diversity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all tasks and deliverables.
  • Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience as an Eligibility Interviewer or similar role within government programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to create clear, comprehensive, and structured documentation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing and categorizing complex sets of information.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration and use of digital productivity tools.
  • Commitment to data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and passion for process improvement.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior involvement in AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
  • Knowledge of multiple government program eligibility requirements and case management systems.
  • Experience training or mentoring others in eligibility interviewing best practices.
