The City of Austin's Animal Services division is seeking an Animal Protection Investigator to support rabies control, dangerous or vicious animal investigations, and related legal proceedings. You will handle quarantines, prepare reports, and testify in court when required.
You will also dispatch field calls, educate the public on responsible animal ownership, and maintain required certifications while collaborating with other city departments.
