of $111,600 to $124,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

The Senior Local Affairs Specialist will be responsible for local relationships as well as executing strategic and tactical activities, primarily in areas where Constellation owns and operates significant assets or is seeking to develop new assets. The primary purpose of this position is to support Constellation in navigating relationships with county and local elected officials, agencies and other stakeholders (both governmental and non-governmental), in addition to assisting with broader State Government Affairs advocacy efforts and other initiatives.

This includes supporting and participating in local business organizations, coalitions and advocacy organizations that support company interests and State Government Affairs initiatives and serving as liaison between the business and local policymakers and, where relevant, surrounding community. The position identifies relevant emerging issues and timely communicates with company leadership, as appropriate. The position works cross functionally with internal and external resources to help execute strategies to advocate for and implement policy objectives.
