This position will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of wage garnishments and other payroll-related deductions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court requirements.

• Process and maintain employee wage garnishments in accordance with court orders and applicable regulations
• Review and interpret garnishment orders, child support orders, tax levies, and other wage withholding documentation
• Calculate and process required deductions accurately and timely
• Respond to inquiries regarding garnishments and wage withholding
• Maintain accurate garnishment records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Coordinate with internal payroll and HR teams as needed
• Research and resolve discrepancies or issues related to garnishments
• Assist with payroll-related reporting, reconciliations, and audits
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information

• 2+ years of payroll experience, with direct experience processing garnishments
• Ability to interpret court orders and garnishment documentation
• Experience with Workday and/or other payroll systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
