Airbrush Technician - Paid Training

You will recommend products and memberships you believe in, only when they are the right fit for the client. We will teach you our airbrush tanning technique through a structured paid training program. As we continue to grow and open new locations each year, we are committed to promoting from within and creating new opportunities each day.

Our Airbrush Technicians help our clients feel bronzed and confident. You will learn everything you need through paid training and work in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will connect with clients who are tanning for vacations, weddings, and special events. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before and after service care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

• Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Services require the ability to stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
• Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20 or more minutes at a time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Paid training program in our airbrush training technique (no experience needed).
• Consistent scheduling with 7-hour shifts (Part-Time and Full-Time available).
• High client volume to help you build speed and confidence fast.
