Wax Specialist; Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician

Role Overview

An active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in Texas is required. The position is a Wax Specialist who delivers full‑body waxing services to women and men using proprietary comfort wax. Responsibilities include educating guests on waxing frequency, recommending products, maintaining a clean and sanitized wax suite in compliance with Texas safety and health procedures, and working dynamic shifts with at least one weekend day each week.

  Hub‑let (New Hire Training) → Fully Certified Specialist → Peer Trainer → Regional Wax Trainer (RWT)
• Leadership Path:
  Wax Specialist → Peer Trainer → Assistant Center Manager → Center Experience Manager → Beyond

• Perform high‑quality waxing services for men and women following proprietary techniques.
• Educate guests on waxing frequency and recommend product usage.
• Maintain a sanitized wax suite in compliance with Texas safety and health procedures.

• Flexible shifts with required weekend work (Saturday or Sunday each week).

• Current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• Comfortable performing all face and body waxing services for both genders;
  Brazilian services for male guests optional.
• Coachable, eager to learn new techniques.
• Positive work ethic: hardworking, honest, punctual, and engaging.

• Base hourly rate of $10 plus tips and uncapped commission & bonuses.
• Earning potential: $16–$19+ per hour after training; top‑tier specialists earn $20–$25+.
