• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued.
• Communicate effectively to ensure clients are satisfied with services rendered.
• Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming, and styling according to client preferences, and offer services such as massage, color, shaving, and waxing.
• Utilize the POS system accurately to add notes in client accounts.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
• Work cohesively with the shop team to achieve performance goals.

• Valid state of Texas cosmetologist or barber license.
• Superior client service and communication skills.
• At least one year of salon or barbershop experience.
• Proficiency in men’s grooming, particularly haircuts and beard care.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
