Sit Still Salon – Salon Manager (Austin, TX – Full Time)

We are an upscale, modern salon specializing in hair services for kids. As an intuitive leader, you will help shape our unique, kid‑friendly environment while ensuring outstanding service and revenue growth. Your focus will be on setting sales goals, driving staff development, and delivering a consistently exceptional client experience.

• Oversee employee recruitment, hiring, training, and quarterly performance reviews
• Identify service and retail performance trends and collaborate with ownership to implement solutions that drive sales
• Educate staff on product lines and the value of all brands
• Manage staff schedules, timekeeping, and payroll reporting
• Maintain team morale through encouragement, clear direction, and professional feedback
• Partner with salon representatives to provide ongoing product and cosmetology education
• Build and maintain relationships with local beauty schools
• Identify opportunities to enhance each client appointment and encourage client retention
• Engage with families and capture content for salon social media
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of management and/or sales experience
• Computer savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite
• Resolution‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience in recruiting and growing a team
• Inventory management experience
• Salon experience preferred, but not required
