We are currently seeking a Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor / Chaplain in the Austin area who shares our passion for providing dignified, compassionate end‑of‑life care.

- Master’s degree in Divinity, Theology or similar studies required
- CPU preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for the role. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulations.
- Associates in driving roles must maintain a valid and active driver’s license; failure to maintain may result in reassignment, suspension or termination in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient location.
- Must clear a criminal background check, physical and drug screening.
- Available to patients and their families for regular and emergency visits.
- Interpret patient and family needs, both spiritually and emotionally.
- Respond to discovery of needs by developing a supportive relationship with patients and families.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team and provide spiritual counseling and crisis intervention to adequately address the psychosocial needs of hospice patients and their families.
Anticipated pay range: $27 USD – $30 USD
