The clinic emphasizes a high-touch, concierge-style client experience grounded in evidence-based neuroscience and whole-person care.
Position OverviewThe Patient Care Coordinator / Nutrition Coach is a full-time, in-office role responsible for guiding clients through their care journey at Neurolimits.
This position serves as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients, participating in consultations, listening to client concerns and goals, and helping connect those needs with the services offered by the clinic.
While the role is primarily focused on patient care coordination and client experience, it will occasionally include providing structured nutrition and lifestyle education sessions as part of comprehensive self-pay treatment programs.
Nutrition-related responsibilities are delivered using standardized educational frameworks and wellness coaching principles and do not involve medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or disease treatment.
Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Consult Support- Welcome clients and families to the clinic
- Participate in intake consultations
- Listen carefully to client concerns, symptoms, and goals
- Provide clear explanations of clinic services and care options
- Help clients understand typical treatment pathways and timelines
- Answer general questions regarding services, pricing, and scheduling
- Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and comfortable throughout visits
- Assist with scheduling recommended services
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and next steps
- Communicate client goals and priorities to the clinical team
- Serve as a consistent point of contact during early care
- Conduct structured nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle education sessions when included as part of treatment programs
- Review intake surveys and standardized wellness questionnaires
- Provide goal-based nutrition education and supplement guidance using approved clinic frameworks
- Educate clients on general dietary patterns, macronutrient concepts, lifestyle habits, and wellness-oriented supplement information
- Operate strictly within education and coaching scope (no diagnosis or medical nutrition therapy)
- Document client notes and preferences
- Support front-desk operations as needed
- Maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Assist with daily clinic flow and coordination
Applicants must hold at least one current certification that includes formal nutrition education.
Candidates without one of the following certifications (or equivalent) should not apply.
Acceptable certifications include:
- Precision Nutrition (Level 1 or higher)
- National Board–Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
- NASM Nutrition Coach or Wellness Coach
- Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)
- Equivalent nationally recognized health or nutrition coaching certification with documented nutrition education
- Warm, personable, and emotionally intelligent
- Excellent listener with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing sensitive mental health and lifestyle topics
- Able to explain complex information clearly and calmly
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor and strong in-person presence
- Comfortable discussing pricing and treatment logistics in a neutral, supportive manner
- Interest in neuroscience, mental health, and wellness strongly preferred
Experience in one or more of the following areas is beneficial:
- Healthcare front office or patient coordination
- Mental health, neuro, or specialty medical clinics
- Medical concierge or care navigation roles
- Wellness centers, med spas, or integrative health clinics
- Hospitality or client experience–focused environments
- Psychology, health sciences, or related academic background
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- $20.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for monthly performance-based bonuses
