AB Staffing is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year.

Job Description:

• Openings available in Elementary, Middle, and High Schools – caseload and classroom details vary based on location.
• Contract duration: through the 2025/2026 school year.
• Work hours:
  
  37.5 to 40 hours per week, following the academic district calendar.

Pay:

$2,250.00 – $2,812.50 per week, DOE and location.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or a related field.
• National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services.
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
• Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred.

Position Overview:

Provide speech and language therapy services to support students in improving communication and learning skills.

Essential Functions:

• Identify students needing speech or language services and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
• Supervise support staff, collaborate with educators, and implement alternative communication systems.
• Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual development.
• Assess individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and achieve curriculum goals.
• Model professional behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
