Dually Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC in VA & TX)
Teletherapist (child, family, adult): Full-time, Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week)
We are specifically seeking therapists licensed in both Texas and Virginia. If you are licensed in the states of Virginia and Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP, we encourage you to apply.
MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. Teletherapy allows flexibility and a steady stream of clients, while we handle credentialing, billing, marketing, scheduling, and a HIPAA‑compliant platform.
- Credentialing with insurance carriers

The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45‑60 minute sessions. Full‑time therapists will manage approximately 30 client sessions per week, with part‑time opportunities available for those who commit to at least 7 sessions per week.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide virtual therapy in 45‑60 minute blocks
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Contribute strategies, techniques, and services to improve client outcomes
- Participate actively in the MySpectrum team
- Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and Texas, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; licenses in additional states encouraged
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Team‑orientated, willing to contribute to company growth
- High‑speed internet and a HIPAA‑protected space for sessions
- Comfortable with remote telehealth delivery
