This is a full-time, on-site Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. We serve families in Travis, Williamson, and Bastrop counties. The CNA will provide comprehensive personal care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility support. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient status and reporting changes to the healthcare team, assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping, and supporting patients with medication reminders.

The CNA will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Proficiency in personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, mobility support)
• Ability to monitor, document, and communicate patient changes to the healthcare team
• Experience providing medication reminders and assisting with light household tasks and meal preparation
• Compassion, reliability, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
• Current/valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
• Home health experience is a plus
• Current CPR certification and ability to lift/move patients safely using proper body mechanics
• Proof of current TB testing (TB skin test or blood test) as required for employment
