We are looking for a compassionate, reliable caregiver to provide quality in‑home care for a client in Dripping Springs during daytime hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful, one‑on‑one relationships while helping clients remain safe, independent, and engaged in their daily lives.
Our clients often require assistance with activities of daily living as well as support staying connected with the outside world through social activities, appointments, and errands. As a caregiver, you’ll play an important role in helping them live life to the fullest.
We use a Care smartphone app to track care plans, ADL status, schedules, and outcomes, making communication and documentation simple and efficient. This position offers a full scope of in‑home caregiving, including personal care, light household support, and companionship.
Responsibilities- Ensure client safety and provide friendly companionship
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support activities of daily living in a safe and respectful manner
- Perform light household duties including laundry, light cleaning, and meal preparation
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and shopping as needed
- Follow individualized care plans (CNA/PCP/HHA)
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
- Complete 12 hours of annual training through our Caregiver University
- Ability to provide verification of any certifications held
- Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
- Must pass national and multi‑jurisdictional background checks and DMV checks
- Must meet quality standards of care and follow established procedures
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
