About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee AI-driven healthcare initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management within the healthcare sector, coupled with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership:
  Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of AI healthcare programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into healthcare workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and technology vendors.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program progress and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years in program management within the healthcare industry, with at least 2 years focusing on AI or digital health projects.
• Customer Facing:
  You’ve led enterprise software or workflow transformations and have a track record of owning the customer experience
• Communications :
  Excellent communicator with the EQ and clarity to set and uphold expectations under pressure
• Technical Proficiency:
  Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and data analytics tools relevant to healthcare applications.
• Regulatory Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and other compliance standards.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of effective stakeholder management.

• Certifications:
  
  Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Agile Methodologies:
  Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies.
• Clinical Insight:
  Background in clinical settings or direct experience working with healthcare professionals.
