• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-covering fields such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology-all following stringent protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain lab instruments through preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Engage in specimen collection as necessary and prepare samples for accurate testing.
• Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, assist in training new team members or students, and uphold lab quality metrics.
• Ensure the lab environment is clean, safe, and compliant with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain certification as a condition of continuous employment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork within healthcare environments.
• Independently competent in judgment and problem-solving, especially in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
