We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Phone Operator to join our medical office in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical call center and be able to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Victory Medical is a family oriented, locally owned business. Full-time employees can expect to be paid holidays and accrue paid time off.

The salary for this position will start at $18/hr (plus bonus opportunity) but is negotiable based on experience. We look forward to speaking with you soon!
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments and manage patient information in electronic medical records system
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a medical office phone operator or in a medical call center
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
- Fluent in Spanish
- Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk
- Monday-Friday 830a-530p
- Saturday 9a-1p approximately once per month with a half day the following Friday
