We're seeking an experienced OB Sonographer ready to step into a leadership role as Charge Sonographer for Austin, TX. In this role, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for the clinic, supporting day-to-day operations while representing BB Imaging with professionalism, collaboration, and integrity.

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential with an OB/GYN specialty
• 2+ years OB experience
• Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to OB/GYN specialty
• Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
• Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future

• All duties and responsibilities of a BB Imaging Sonographer
• Team Member Training:
  Oversee the training and development of clinical team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Direct IT tickets for equipment maintenance and ensure that all imaging equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.
• Daily Quality Assurance:
  Conduct daily quality assurance checks in the clinic to ensure both client and team satisfaction with the services provided.
• Back-Office Support:
  Provide support to the clinical team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Lead Morning Huddle:
  Lead the morning huddle with sonographers and technical assistants to review the upcoming clinical schedule, highlight training or development initiatives, and address any concerns.
• Manage Clinical Workflow:
  Strategically manage the clinical workflow, including staggering lunches, relieving team members as needed, and ensuring clinic efficiency and meeting daily operational needs.
• Client and Staff Communication:
  Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, nurses, sonographers, and scheduling staff, representing BB Imaging in a positive and professional manner.
• Liaison Role:
  Serve as the liaison between the Director of Regional Services, People & Culture, and the clinical team, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
