- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm - Base pay: $18 per hour (competitive for the role)
Help client with safety supervision when walking and IADLs as needed (light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders). Must know how to use a Sara Stedy Chair, perform gait belt transfers, and be able to empty a Foley catheter bag. Must be lively and active with good communication/verbal skills to speak with a client who has recently had a stroke. Must be able to drive and have your own vehicle.
Dutiesof a Caregiver / HHA / PCA
- Provide companionship to clients — your caring presence brings joy and comfort.
- Prepare meals to nourish the body and spirit.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
- Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, and grooming with compassion and dignity.
- Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required) to keep clients connected.
- Promote positive, respectful communication with patients, families, and staff — kindness is central to our care.
