ResponsibilitiesYour role as a Physical Therapist at Origin includes direct patient care, collaboration with fellow clinicians, and contributing to a positive, supportive clinic environment. You will:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy care to patients
- Perform evaluations and create individualized plans of care
- Provide internal and external pelvic floor interventions as needed
- Progress care plans based on patient outcomes and clinical judgment
- Collaborate with clinic coordinators and the broader care team
- Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and self-care
- Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Participate in team huddles, mentorship, and professional development
- Support a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients and teammates
- Other tasks assigned
- Improve the lives of patients experiencing pelvic health and whole-body concerns
- Help normalize pelvic health care as a standard, accessible part of healthcare
- Contribute to a clinic that runs smoothly, treats more patients, and has high satisfaction scores

Requirements
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current PT license (or eligibility) in applicable state
- Passion for pelvic and women’s health
- Commitment to evidence-based care
- 2+ years of experience in pelvic preferred (new grads with strong clinical backgrounds encouraged to apply)
- Classification: This position is exempt.

- Location: In person at an Origin clinic
- Schedule: This part-time opportunity is designed for licensed Physical Therapists who want to provide exceptional pelvic health care during evening and weekend hours. Weeknights from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This role is ideal for clinicians looking to expand their impact, support patients with greater scheduling flexibility, and contribute to Origin’s mission of increasing access to care outside traditional weekday hours.
The Pay Range For This Role Is 36 - 56 USD per hour (NW Austin)
