Life at One of the Kids: We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight‑knit team:

• Certified as a BCBA with 1+ year of BCBA‑related experience preferred but not required.
• Manageable small caseload of 5-6 comprehensive program clients (140-160 direct therapy hours under supervision).
• Center‑based in South Austin. Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays. No weekends or after hours.
• Dedicated to serving and caring for our families.

• Passionate about ABA, research, best practices, and elevating standards.
• Enjoys working collaboratively with other disciplines and individualizing treatment.

• Salary $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience level, plus a quarterly performance‑based bonus.
