Who You Are:

We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Must have medication management experience, excellent hospitality skills, and enjoy working with seniors.

PRN (as needed) position available, with the option to move to FT if/when a position comes available, if desired.

Responsibilities and Duties

Under direct supervision of an RN, is responsible for administering medications, assisting with residents’ activities of daily living, and performing other related duties as assigned.

  • Administer routine medications per physician orders, regulations, and under the supervision of an RN.
  • Maintain order, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Take vital signs as indicated and/or required.
  • Respond to nurse call bells for assistance.
  • Assure that each resident receives the kind and amount of supervision and care required to meet basic needs.
  • Immediately reports any change in resident’s condition to their supervisor.
  • Chart medications as given, with signature, title and date.
  • Assist residents with getting to and from meals and activities as needed and assigned.
  • Responsible for adding orders to MAR and submitting lab requests.
  • Responsible for restocking the medication carts, all medication ordered for each resident
  • Responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning of all medication carts and medication rooms.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 1 year of medication management experience.
  • Excellent hospitality skills, and enjoy working with seniors.
