Physical Therapy
Our mission is simple:
Raise the standard of physical therapy.
If you’re passionate about bridging the gap between rehab and fitness, love pushing athletes appropriately, and believe 1-on-1 care is non-negotiable, you’ll feel very at home here.
If you’re looking to clock units and follow a script… this is not that place (and that’s okay).
What Makes This Job Different- 1-on-1, 60-minute sessions. Always.
- No doubles. No triples. No tech-run treatments. You treat, coach, and connect fully.
- You’re trusted like a professional.
- We hire adults and treat them like adults. You’ll have autonomy, flexibility, and a voice in how we continue towards our mission and vision.
- We want you to grow clinically and professionally.
- Mentorship, continuing education, and growth opportunities are encouraged and part of our culture, not just “allowed.” Our clinic is energetic, supportive, and fun. We take our work seriously, not ourselves. Flexible schedule, casual attire, wellness perks, and regular social events are part of the culture, not perks we forget about.
- What You’ll Do (In Real Life)
- Work-life balance is real here, so we prioritize it
- Deliver exceptional patient care
using a blend of manual therapy, dry needling, and prescriptive, performance-based exercise. We like to load people up (smartly!) - Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports injuries with an evidence-based, athlete-first mindset
- Design individualized treatment plans that actually make sense for the athlete in front of you.
- Coach movement, strength, and neuromuscular control, not just “assign exercises”
- Push clients appropriately in a performance setting while keeping long‑term health in mind
- Educate patients on movement quality, body mechanics, programming, and how to stay active for life
You don’t need to know everything (heck we are still out here learning everyday), but you do need to care deeply about continuing to improve your craft and give people the best.
Required:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Texas PT license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in sports performance, orthopedic rehab
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and arthrokinematics
- Confidence working with athletes and active adults
- A growth mindset and genuine desire to keep learning
This role will not be a good fit if:
- You’re looking for a traditional insurance‑based, high‑volume PT job
- (If you’re comfortable juggling multiple patients at once or counting units, this will feel very different.)
- You prefer being told exactly what to do, exactly how to do it. We value autonomy and clinical reasoning. That also means ownership and accountability.
- You’re not interested in strength training, performance, or coaching athletes. Rehab here does not stop at “pain‑free.” Our athletes expect to work, and we expect you to coach them. Growth is encouraged here. Curiosity is kind of a requirement.
- You’re uncomfortable pushing patients appropriately or challenging them when it’s clinically indicated
- You’re content staying exactly where you are clinically
- You want a job that feels the same year after year
We’re building something that’s growing‑ systems improve, ideas are welcome, and change is part of the process. This is a long‑term team role for someone who cares deeply about quality, culture, and impact. If this description sounds like you, please apply! We would love to have you with us.
Please note that this job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the position. Please also note that under benefits, health insurance is not offered as a group plan at this time. However, a monthly healthcare stipend will be provided to help cover health care premium or help with health care costs.
We are planning to bring on employee covered health care plan in the future, when it makes sense for the company. Just want to be transparent!
