Position Overview

We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our school-based team in Austin, TX. This role involves conducting evaluations, delivering therapy services, and collaborating with educators and families to support student success across K–12 settings.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals and IEPs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy into the educational environment.
• Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

• Caseload: 45–55 students
• Grade Levels: K–12
• Classroom Types:
  General Education, Inclusion, Self-Contained
• Team Support:
  Collaborative Speech Team on campus
• Group or 1:1 Support Staff:
  Not applicable

• Active SLP licensure in the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
