We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2025–2026 school year

Position Details
  • Caseload: Multiple caseloads available (K–12)
  • Schedule: Full time available, roughly 7:30 – 3:30 (depending on school site)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours/week
  • Dates: ASAP – May 29, 2026, with potential to renew for 2026–2027 school year
  • Location: Onsite in Austin, Texas
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Implement treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
  • Support data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers, and school staff
  • Maintain accurate service logs and assist with reporting
  • Participate in team meetings as appropriate
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid TX SLPA license or registration
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow SLP supervision and implement therapy plans effectively
