Overview
The Mental Health Licensed Therapist - Crisis Intervention provides evidence-based, suicide-specific care grounded in the Zero Suicide framework. This community-based role supports individuals at high risk for suicide by completing assessments in inpatient, residential, and community settings; delivering crisis intervention; and ensuring smooth transitions from higher to lower levels of care. The therapist maintains close follow-up with clients, coordinates care across teams, and plays a key role in training staff and community partners in evidence-based suicide prevention and intervention practices.

Workhours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $67,390.17 - $85,914.73, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend
Responsibilities- Provide suicide-specific, evidence-based crisis intervention and assessments across inpatient, residential, and community settings.
- Coordinate care across teams and ensure smooth transitions between levels of care.
- Maintain close follow-up with clients and document outcomes.
- Train staff and community partners in evidence-based suicide prevention and intervention practices.
- Maintain a trauma-informed, trauma-sensitive workplace environment.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
- Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Licensed Practitioner of LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Preferred: 2 or more years of experience in a crisis setting.
- Preferred: bilingual in Spanish.
