Program Managers are responsible for managing services delivery, team operations and ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. They supervise staff within the specifically assigned service(s) units, including client care, self-care, professional development, time management, performance review and feedback. They identify and implement strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of contractual and budgetary goals. They engage staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources.

This position has a broad scope of responsibility and oversight for programs, clinics and personnel and/or carries an individual case load. On-call responsibilities may be required depending on unit protocols. The position may also have additional duties related to providing bilingual communication services and requires the completion of a language competency test. Regular, predictable attendance is considered essential. Other duties may be assigned, and a flexible work schedule may be required.

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Current and valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT preferred.

• Crisis experience preferred.

Full-Time.

Monday - Friday.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, on call rotation.

$82,700.80 - $ annually, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
