Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor; LCDC COPSD

Seeking motivated LCDC-I's for a full-time role with flexible schedules, remote/tele-support options, and a rewarding environment.

• Provide screening, assessment, and individualized treatment planning based on DSM-V and TDI criteria.
• Deliver individual counseling, process group therapy, and psycho-educational groups weekly.
• Utilize virtual and telephonic engagement to reach clients in underserved areas, focusing on recovery-oriented counseling.
• Complete case management documentation and service coordination within required time frames.
• Follow professional ethics, licensing regulations, and supervision requirements.
• Engage in community outreach, education, and represent the organization on local committees.
• Frequent interaction with clients, families, and providers; requires travel and a valid Texas driver's license.
• Requires flexible hours, extensive paperwork, and self-directed performance.

Compensation starts at $20.45/hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement. Must have a bachelor's degree (preferred), be located in or willing to relocate to Big Spring, TX, and pass the state licensing exam.
