The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role with primary responsibilities that include patient vitals, EKG, phlebotomy, and front office duties. Experience in insurance and VOB, along with exercise knowledge, is a plus.
Administrative Duties- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Conduct follow-up calls to discuss patient progress and address concerns.
- Refer complex requests to appropriate staff.
- Maintain a friendly environment, greet patients, and uphold high standards of patient service.
- Monitor inventory levels of clinical and office supplies.
- Perform daily document scanning and uploading.
- Assist in training staff on procedures as needed.
- Support clinic marketing efforts to promote profitability and success.
- Obtain patient vitals, perform EKG, phlebotomy, and administer IM injections.
- Prepare lab order forms and handle lab results.
- Assist with patient referrals and document progress notes.
- Conduct follow-up calls regarding patient progress.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
- Training or experience in exercise (a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
