Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse - Antepartum for a 13-week travel assignment in Austin, TX, offering a weekly total of $2,100. Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
Provide comprehensive nursing care to antepartum (high-risk prenatal) patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Conduct and monitor maternal/fetal assessments including vital signs, NSTs, fetal heart tracings, ultrasounds (under supervision), and lab work
Collaborate with OB/GYN providers, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans
Administer medications (IV and oral), blood products, and prescribed therapies following hospital protocols
Educate patients and families about prenatal health, warning signs, lifestyle modifications, and anticipated delivery plans
Document all assessments, interventions, and patient education in the electronic health record accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in emergency response scenarios such as preeclampsia, preterm labor, and other antepartum emergencies
Participate in quality improvement activities, policy reviews, and continuing education to enhance antepartum care services

Requirements of the Travel Nurse
Active RN license (Texas or compact state)
Current BLS and NRP certifications
Minimum 1 year of recent Antepartum experience
