About Great Strides ABA
Great Strides ABA is growing in the Austin area, and we are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Position📍 Austin, TX (Hybrid / Remote Flexibility)

Responsibilities- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct functional assessments and guide program development
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and paraprofessionals
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality implementation of treatment plans
- Active BCBA certification
- Required state licensure
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Commitment to ethical, child-centered care
- Hybrid / remote flexibility
