Job Description Information Qualifications Bachelor ’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Active Texas Occupational Therapist License.

New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training available!

CPR Certification.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

COTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.
