As a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, you are responsible for direct and indirect patient care, scrubbing for diagnostic/interventional cases, and hemodynamic monitoring. You will assist in ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, ensuring cost efficiency, providing relevant information toward future needs, and actively supporting process improvement within the department.

• Scrub diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures.
• Monitor and document procedures in the hemodynamic system.
• Educate patients and family members regarding the technical aspects of the procedure.
• Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.

• Cath Lab / Special Procedures Lab experience – Preferred
• High School Diploma – Required
• Associate degree or above – Preferred
• Current enrollment in an accredited Invasive Cardiovascular Technology Program – Preferred

• BLS Certification as per St. David’s Healthcare policy
• ACLS Certification as per St. David’s Healthcare policy – Required within 6 months
• RCIS, or RCES, or RT (R) license from an accrediting body – Required within 12 months
