As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. This is more than an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create exceptional first impressions, and help expand access to life‑changing care for children with autism and their families.

- Responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics, including document management and communication with referral sources
- Provide excellent support for inbound calls from prospective and current families
- Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children and families
- Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations management and clinical leadership

- A positive and contagious attitude ready to engage with families
- 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, or client relations
- Passion for work that benefits children with autism spectrum disorder and their families

- Deep commitment to showing up each day and leading at your center
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
