Job Summary
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) provides rehabilitative services to children with mental illness and to their families. The QMHP works in partnership with racially and culturally diverse individuals and families to define and facilitate their desired life outcomes. The QMHP participates in diagnostic evaluations and provides an assessment of strengths, preferences, challenges, and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co‑occurring disorders. The QMHP provides individual, family, and/or group skills training using evidence‑based interventions or therapeutic modalities.
The QMHP may also provide crisis assessment and interventions as needed. The QMHP works on a team with other behavioral health professionals to coordinate client care. The QMHP can obtain clinical supervision toward their licensure hours and receives training, supervision, and support to grow in their skills of assessment and interventions.

Education- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Full‑time.
WorkdaysMonday – Friday.
Workhours8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Salary$24.18 – $25.39, based on education.
