Clinical Portfolio Director

Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add a Clinical Portfolio Director in the Austin area to lead an established team in a large-scale IT operations environment.

• Right to hire / can convert to a permanent role in as early as 90 days.
• ASAP start date
• Onsite in Austin, TX
• Personal relationship with this manager.
• Drug & background required. Remote, preferred in the Austin area (occasional travel may be required)

- PMP, healthcare exp, Epic expertise, leadership exp, PMO/port, sr client interactions

• Project management experience 7+ years with at least 4 modules o Epic experience required for multiple modules o PMP preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of Honor Roll components/criteria/threshold/metrics/stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated experience with Honor Roll reporting dashboards (operations/IT/executive)
• Ability to facilitate project meetings, provide timely and complete status reports, identify, escalate (when appropriate) project risks
• Ability to facilitate project plans including but not limited to activities, milestones, key deliverables, predecessors, success criteria, responsible party, etc.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships with key clinical/revenue cycle/executive stakeholders
