West Coast Wound and Skin Care is hiring a US Tech to perform ultrasound in patients’ homes one day a week, manage materials, scribe, and chart check. The role contributes data to our financial analysis of hiring for expansion and growth.
Essential Job Functions- Operate ultrasound equipment
- Perform ultrasound on wound patients
- Interpret images
- Interact with patients
- Document and report findings
- Order medical supplies
- Scribe for doctors
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Chart check evaluation of stalled wounds for existing patients
- Scribe for skin sweeps
- Make initial assessment calls
- Valid US Tech Certification
- 1‑2 years of clinical management/medical experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Strong awareness of medical terminology
- Strong desire for patient care
Job Type
:
Full‑time – 1099
Pay
: $24‑$25
Schedule
:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am‑5pm
Work Location
:
On the road, willing to drive within the Austin area.
