As the Lead Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you’ll be more than an expert in the lab—you’ll be the guide who sets the standard for excellence. In this role, you’ll balance lifesaving, hands‑on patient care with the responsibility of mentoring, coaching, and empowering your team. • Leading by example during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring precision, safety, and compassionate care
• Coaching, mentoring, and precepting team members to build confidence, skill, and alignment with best practices
• Overseeing workflow, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe, sterile, and fully prepared environment
• Advocating for patients and families throughout the care journey, providing guidance, education, and reassurance
• Driving team success by supporting hiring, onboarding, and communication of new practices and standards

• Minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab or Special Procedures Lab experience (required)
• Lead Cardiac Cath Lab experience (preferred)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate / GED (required)
• Associate’s degree (preferred)
• (ARRT‑R) Radiography, or (RCS) Registered Cardiac Sonographer
