• Support children with autism by implementing a behavior support plan that teaches functional language skills, developmental milestones, self‑help skills, self‑advocacy skills, social skills, and customized programs.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and grow through feedback.
• Receive direct support and clinical supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and staff.
• Collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan.
• Maintain daily attendance to serve kids in early intervention programs.
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy while working with children with autism.

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or experience as a paraprofessional.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism.
• Backgrounds that are often well‑suited: camp counselor, childcare volunteer, Sunday school teacher, teaching, special education, sociology, human development, early childhood development, or psychology degree (a college degree in any field preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
